About me

I believe therapy works best when it’s shaped around you; your life, your needs, and your way of being in the world. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centred, Emotionally Focused, Existential, and Humanistic approaches, to create a space that truly fits.

I work with adults, young people, and groups, and I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are, both figuratively and literally. That’s why I offer flexible options: sessions can be in-person, online, outdoors, or by telephone. Whether you’re looking for short-term support through a specific challenge or longer-term work to explore deeper patterns, we can find an approach that suits your lifestyle.

My background in neuropsychology gives me a particular interest in how the mind and body connect, while my training in Person-Centred and Experiential therapy keeps the relationship between us at the heart of our work together. I find it a privilege to support people through life’s difficulties, helping them build resilience, understand themselves more deeply, and make changes that feel meaningful to them.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d welcome the chance to talk about what you’re looking for and whether I might be the right fit.
