Meet Jasmine

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I offer specialised psychotherapy for both individuals and couples, with a practice deeply rooted in mindfulness, meditation, and spirituality—core elements of my personal and professional journey. I hold a BA (Hons) and a Clinical Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, enriched by over a decade of experience in both the corporate sector and the music industry.

I am also a certified Couples Counsellor and have dedicated four years to working at the mental health charity Mind. Here, I supported a diverse client base and further qualified as a 'Counselling for Depression' practitioner, adept at both short-term (from eight weeks) and long-term therapeutic work.

My work extends into mental health services, where I have helped clients overcome a range of challenges including relationship issues, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and bereavement. Growing up in the culturally diverse city of London has heightened my sensitivity to diversity and the unique challenges faced by minority communities.

Believing firmly in every individual's ability to navigate their life's journey, I strive to create a supportive, judgement-free environment that fosters self-discovery and empowerment. By nurturing an authentic connection, we can explore your inner experiences together, uncovering valuable insights that can enhance various aspects of your life.

Sessions for individuals last 50 minutes and are charged £85. Sessions for couples are charged £90.
